Our Teen BJJ program gives young adults a space to challenge themselves physically and mentally. It teaches the discipline, focus and self-belief needed to grow both on and off the mats.

Who it’s for

Children age 13 to 15

Teen students gain resilience, confidence and a sense of purpose. They learn to stay calm under pressure, take responsibility for their actions, and approach challenges with determination.
